Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Corte Madera, CA is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through authentic connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture.

You’ll create a fun, real experience for customers both in-store and online. You’ll engage customers with genuine conversations, help them discover drops and promotions, and keep the sales floor inspiring, organized, and easy to shop.

Qualifications

• Must love Urban Outfitters and express personal style
• People-first mindset and ability to engage customers
• Collaborative attitude with positive energy
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with your individuality and knowledge of trends
• Create energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm
• Make shopping seamless by restocking, styling displays, and keeping the space on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping
• Stay curious, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed
• Work as a team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store atmosphere
