Old Navy in McAllen, TX is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll engage shoppers, educate them about products, and support a seamless omni-channel experience with the leadership team to deliver a top-tier shopping journey.

You are a good communicator, customer-focused, passionate about retail, and a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and tech familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products to inform and inspire wardrobe choices.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across omni-channel offerings.
• Promote loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
