Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will deliver exceptional service, educate shoppers on products and loyalty programs, and use omni-channel tools to enhance the shopping experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and maintain a welcoming, organized environment. Ideal candidates are customer‑focused, can thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, and are comfortable with technology on mobile devices and registers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to drive sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Assist customers using omni-channel shopping options.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back‑of‑house tasks as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
