You are a strong communicator, customer‑focused, and comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll support store operations and use suggestive selling to drive sales.

Qualifications

• A good communicator who can interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible to work holidays, evenings, weekends and other hours as needed.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as required.

• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
