Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will educate customers on products, loyalty programs and fashion options while collaborating with leadership to achieve store goals.

You’ll engage with customers across channels, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming, organized space. A passion for retail and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers and teammates.
• Strong communication skills for educating and inspiring customers about products.
• Genuine passion for retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver who welcomes feedback and takes action.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Ability to use retail technology on the sales floor and backroom.
• Ability to move around the store and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilités
