Job summary

HEYDUDE is seeking a Sales Associate, Seasonal in Las Vegas, NV. You will deliver memorable in-store experiences, promote product launches, and support store operations.

This position is onsite and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, stay informed about current collaborations, and act as a brand ambassador for HEYDUDE.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experience
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
