Job summary

Adidas in New York is seeking Seasonal Store Associates who are enthusiastic, creative, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team. You will engage with customers, share the Adidas story, and support daily store operations with energy and professionalism.

Availability must include evenings and weekends; hours are part-time and vary with business needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3–6 months of retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
• The hours are part-time and will vary based on business needs.
• You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three to six months’ experience working in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and convey adidas brand messaging.
• Maintain store appearance, organize shelves, and stock items.
• Operate Brannock device to size shoes and assist customers with fittings.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards in-store.
