Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Cincinnati. You will drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a welcoming, tidy store environment.

As part of the team, you’ll support daily store operations, assist with opening/closing, handle transactions accurately, and help meet sales goals while upholding the brand’s standards and mission.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks: prolonged standing/sitting, climbing, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and drive revenue through relationship building and product knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented store environment and adhere to brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory preparation.
