Job summary

Tecovas in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store leadership team in delivering an unmatched customer experience. You will greet customers, sell, manage cash wrap, restock, and maintain shopkeeping standards on the sales floor.

The role requires flexibility for extended holiday hours, weekends, and evenings. Start date is late September 2026 with potential to stay on through early January 2027, depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability during weekends, holidays, and evenings is required during holiday periods.
• Temporary seasonal role with potential for permanency based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Create a sales-driven environment with exceptional customer service.
• Assist in receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement.
• Track and communicate in-transit shipment information to leadership.
• Perform product customizations with hands-on training.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access by staff.
• Lead or assist restocking to keep stock levels.
• Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through cycle counts and transfers.
• Share product knowledge during staff education sessions.
• Assist in building facilities maintenance as needed.
