Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors in North Carolina to represent a major beer brand at on-premise and off-premise locations. You will participate in nightly events, engage customers with samples, and report back on activation results. Must be 20+ with Responsible Alcohol Training, college enrollment, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be engaging and outgoing with strong communication skills.
• Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Bartender is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be enrolled in the advertised college for the role.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete at least 3 events per night.
• Arrive in designated apparel with needed items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on products.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and Accounts staff.
• Submit activation recaps after each event.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve product sales.
• Build relationships with key accounts and store staff.
• Represent Advantage Solutions and its brands positively to media and customers.
