Job summary

The Salvation Army Midland Division Corps in O'Fallon, Missouri, is seeking a Kettle Driver for a full-time seasonal period. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, running from 11/13/2026 through 12/24/2026, with no benefits included.

Responsibilities include transporting bell ringers and donations to kettle sites, recording time in ADP, and coordinating with location managers. A valid MO Class E (IL Class D) license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Good driving record with one-year related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of roads in the designated territory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others.
• Must have the appropriate valid driver's license (Class E for MO and Class D for IL), and pass TSA MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Transport Bell Ringers, equipment and donations to and from kettle sites.
• Record time worked in ADP beginning at departure and upon return.
• Record Bell Ringer time worked and drop off/pick up times to the Corps Officer.
• Transport monies to bank for deposit as directed.
• Check on possible new kettle and counter kettle sites as directed.
• Visit with location managers to coordinate kettle drop off and pick up.
