Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, coordinates and monitors bell ringers to ensure adequate staffing at all sites.
• Plans, schedules and assigns work for staff and volunteers and ensures procedures meet Salvation Army policies.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers and addresses questions or problems.
• Prepares and maintains records for kettle income and reports on program status.
