Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Florence, AL is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, assist with resets and inventories, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor during peak seasons.

The role requires reliability, willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to use a POS system and Apple devices. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Keep assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
