Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. The role emphasizes stocking, cleanliness, replenishment, and adherence to procedures to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of relevant work experience, with ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and basic tech is desired.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training to support development and sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness in sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break areas.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and strong guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
