Job summary

Nordstrom Beauty is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to craft personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for on-trend and luxury brands. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products to help customers achieve their beauty goals.

You’ll engage customers both in-store and online, book appointments, and support beauty events while preserving a welcoming, inclusive environment and a polished department. Training on trends and products keeps you ahead.

• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards
