Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Fall River to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and maintain store presentation. You will greet guests, perform product demos, and support in-store events to drive revenue.

You should be customer-focused, comfortable with POS tech, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS systems, tablets, smartphones).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage every guest; tailor service to their needs and explain promotions.
• Process cash/returns and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to enhance guest experience.
