Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, engage customers, and support sales on the floor. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos, while booking appointments and assisting with in-store events to drive results.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and peers and participate in ongoing training.
