Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, greet guests, assess needs, provide product recommendations, and perform cashier tasks. You will maintain clean, stocked fixtures and support in-store events while collaborating with the team and building product knowledge.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and stay informed about products and promotions.
