Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and suggesting products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, process transactions, and assist with online orders and returns.
• Maintain clean, organized fixtures and restock merchandise; support merchandise resets and displays.
• Support in-store events, appointments, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
