Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Winter Park is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with cashier tasks, maintain store cleanliness, and support leadership with events and sales goals.

You will demonstrate knowledge of products, perform makeup applications and skincare guidance, and help guests discover beauty solutions while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment during peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
