Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and support store operations. You will greet guests, perform product demonstrations, and help manage online orders while maintaining a pristine sales floor.

The role emphasizes makeup and skincare knowledge, strong communication, and teamwork. This position is onsite, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with them to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders while maintaining store standards.
• Maintain fixtures, restrooms, cashwrap and backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate products and services, drive sales, and support in-store events.
