Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures stocked.
• Assist with online orders and returns.
