Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, explaining products and services, and recommending additional items.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
