Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. The role focuses on stocking fixtures, maintaining cleanliness, and completing tasks per procedures. Training will be provided to enable ongoing professional development and effective teamwork.

The position requires flexible scheduling including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on accurate merchandising and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
