Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and properly faced
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
• Protect company assets and provide guest service
