Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help keep the store stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by maintaining product availability and completing assigned tasks to drive sales and a great guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or tech familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
