Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support sales drivers by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing tasks for operational excellence. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process, and requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and possibly overnights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards and complete merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
