Sephora in Alhambra is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The role requires strong client service focus, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes weekend, nights, and holidays with 0–14 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
