Job summary

Sephora in Danbury, CT is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment and help maintain stock and visuals.

The role is hourly, 0–14 hours per week with availability for peak times including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $19.80-$22.90 per hour, with inclusive benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
