Job summary

Sephora in Arlington, VA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store and assist with merchandising and inventory as needed.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers flex scheduling with 0–14 hours per week and availability during nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
