Job summary

You\'ll maintain store standards, assist with events, restock fixtures, and stay informed about product benefits to best serve customers while supporting the leadership team in achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on new and existing products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
