Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest to determine needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online order support as needed.
• Book and support in-store services and events to deliver a premier guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Keep work areas replenished, signed, and faced; maintain overall store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Follow policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices; execute other operational tasks as directed.
