Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, maintain stock, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor. You will help with replenishment, merchandise resets, and guest service, while following company policies and procedures.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting key store metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all processes (shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
