Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and guide customers through product selections to increase sales.

Responsibilities include assisting with online orders, managing refunds or exchanges, and supporting in-store events while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service to their needs, and inform guests about promotions and products
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better assist guests
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Keep the sales floor replenished, signed, faced, and testers available
• Maintain store cleanliness and participate in merchandise resets and inventory procedures
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and comply with policies
