Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service with a welcoming salesfloor and promotions knowledge.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to store policies and dress code.
• Keep work area replenished and clean; manage inventory and displays.
