Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, demonstrate makeup and skincare products, and drive sales on the sales floor. You will help guests select products, perform demonstrations, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty and the ability to learn product knowledge, work a flexible schedule, and engage customers in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging customers, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver memorable guest experiences while achieving sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, restock fixtures, and assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
