Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and perform demonstrations in-store. You will greet guests, personalize service, and promote products and services to meet sales goals.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn product details while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience (or equivalent) preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance.
