Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service including greeting, engaging, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
