Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Richmond, KY is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and demonstrate products to drive sales. You will greet guests, inform them about promotions, and help with replenishment and overall store cleanliness.

You will also support in-store events and services in a fast-paced beauty environment, while staying knowledgeable about products and ingredients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and assist with cashier tasks.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with merchandise resets and in-store displays as needed.
• Protect company assets and follow loss prevention best practices.
