Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Murfreesboro store. You will greet guests, assess needs, provide product recommendations, perform makeup and skincare demos, and help manage in-store events to drive sales.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system) and common devices

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink reduction.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with greeting, personalized assistance, product recommendations and knowledge of promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver a top-tier guest experience.
• Stay informed on new and existing products to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
