Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor in our Indiana store. You will greet guests, assess needs, offer product recommendations, and perform makeup applications to drive sales.

You will also manage cashier duties, restock and maintain clean, attractive fixtures, support in-store events, and stay current on product knowledge to help guests choose the right solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and training.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to identify needs and recommend products and services.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
• Keep merchandise stocked, fixtures clean, and shelves organized.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Support in-store events and services to drive guest experience and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
