Aēsop seeks a Seasonal Retail Consultant to deliver personalized experiences in our Los Angeles store. You will engage customers with brand storytelling, demonstrate products, and build tailored regimens while maintaining premium service standards.

Weekend availability is required. This contract role runs through January 16, 2027, with flexible scheduling during peak holiday periods and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused team.
• Merchant mindset with commercial awareness.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for selling premium products and brand storytelling.
• Must be able to stand on sales floor, stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Tell stories to customers and understand their needs, guiding product selection.
• Lead a personalized customer journey from welcome to regimen building and product demonstrations.
• Direct customers to fragrance/sink area and demonstrate products on their hands.
• Ensure memorable departures, offer samples, and invite return visits.
• Uphold Aesop's grooming and retail standards; support stock and store presentation.
