Qualifikationen

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Aufgaben

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
