Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales, deliver world-class customer service, demonstrate product benefits and features.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Team Involvement: Develop sales techniques and knowledge, support team growth, seek feedback.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain punctuality, visuals, stock, inventory, and adhere to policies.
• Policies and Procedures: Open/close procedures, product integrity, workplace respect, health and safety.
