Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Bradenton, FL to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, provide skincare analysis, and recommend products while supporting store events and promotions.

Responsibilities include assisting with cash wrap, online orders, and exchanges, maintaining clean and organized fixtures, and staying informed on product knowledge to better assist customers during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, provide personalized service, answer questions about products and services, and recommend Ulta Beauty offerings.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better assist guests.
