Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting leadership in sales and events.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales, greet guests, and stay informed about updates and promotions; the role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greeting, engage guests, answer questions and promote products and services.
• Assist with cashier tasks, handling exchanges and online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and keep fixtures replenished and faced.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
