Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Idaho. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications, and drive sales through personalized service while keeping the store clean and stocked. You’ll support leadership with events and loyalty programs, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout shifts.

The role requires strong guest-focused communication, basic tech skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock fixtures; support in-store events.
• Demonstrate products and makeup application to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services to enhance guest experience.
