Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales on the floor. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and assist with in-store events and services to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits and scheduling vary by full-time versus part-time status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
