Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience and identify needs through listening and questioning.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values such as Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge to confidently recommend benefits for each customer.
• Team Involvement & Operations: support store development, visuals, stock, attendance, and adherence to policies.
