Job summary

Sephora Clinton Township is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming environment while keeping shelves stocked and visually polished.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) with availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience and strong teamwork are valued to drive sales and uphold Sephora

Qualifications

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
